By visiting our website to agree to be bound by the following policies which applies to all sales made from Optranest.com to the customer. When we refer to “we”, “us”, “our”, “manufacture” or “seller” we mean Optranest. Where we refer to “you” or “your” we mean you, the customer.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Standard Production Time
- Our custom furniture pieces are crafted with precision and care. We require a minimum of 90 days to hand over the furniture after the realization of the advance payment and confirmation of the final drawings.
- We strive to provide accurate lead times but we’ll keep you in the loop if anything unexpected pops up and affects our timeline.
- We do not hold responsibility due to any delays caused because of the client’s society rules or restrictions during the furniture delivery.
TRANSIT TIME
Please allow an additional 7-10 days for transit/transportation purposes (It majorly depends on the destination location). This is in addition to the standard production time.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs vary based on product weight and destination region. These costs are not included in the product prices.
- For a detailed breakdown of shipping costs, please contact our customer service team.
OUTSTATION SHIPPING
For outstation deliveries, installation/assembly services can be made available at additional charges.
PACKAGING
- Standard packaging is included in the product price.
- If specific packaging is required, it can be arranged at an additional cost. Please inform us of any special packaging needs at the time of order confirmation.
SHIPPING METHODS
We offer in-house transportation for local deliveries within GTA – Greater Toronto area, ensuring that your furniture reaches you in perfect condition.
THIRD-PARTY SHIPPING
- We ship your products with reliable shipping partners ensuring that your chosen shipping provider has adequate measures to handle and protect high-quality furniture items.
- For customers choosing to use their own shipping methods, Optranest will not be held responsible for any damages that might occur during transportation.
- We are Global, and ship products internationally.
DELIVERY PROCESS
Pre-Delivery Inspection
- Before dispatching, each furniture piece undergoes a rigorous quality check to ensure it meets our high standards.
- Upon delivery, we require the receiving party to inspect the items for any visible damage. Acknowledgment of the delivery will be taken as confirmation that the items were received in good condition.
- Any discrepancies or damages detected must be reported immediately upon delivery.
Delivery Confirmation
INSURANCE
- All products are insured during transit. In the unfortunate event of damage, we will replace the product or initiate the refund process once the insurance claim is settled.
INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY
- Installation and assembly services are available at additional charges for outstation sites.
